Baby Steps

Monday we had our first proper lecture and briefing for the new module. We also had to give a presentation of our previous work. You can see the images I showed here in this little video.

I saw awesome work from my classmates, which I very much enjoyed. It’s gonna be fantastic learning from everyone.

The first module is all about drawing and sketching, something I haven’t done much before, so here are my baby steps. Drawing in public is quite an experience and really daunting especially when you not so good yet. My aim for now is to capture the essence of poses and proportions, so its recognizable what a person is doing, rather than focusing on details. I can’t wait to see how my work will improve. It’s a six week module and all about observational drawing so I’ll post you lots of sketches.
